Friday's Assembly

Today’s assembly was a wonderful celebration of the many achievements of our pupils. We were delighted to recognise children from across the school who received class awards, applauding their effort, positive attitudes and dedication to learning.

We also proudly presented certificates for accomplishments beyond the classroom, including success in swimming, karate and dance. Stanislaw also received his Platinum Times Tables Award! These achievements reflect the wide range of talents and interests within our school community, and it is always a pleasure to see how pupils apply the values they learn in school to their activities outside of it.

Book and a Biscuit Club – Thank You!

A huge thank you to all the parents and carers who joined us for our Book and a Biscuit Club. It was wonderful to see so many families coming together to share stories, enjoy a biscuit, and celebrate a love of reading that runs throughout our school community.

We look forward to welcoming even more families next time as we continue to build a shared reading culture that inspires every child 🙂

Learning in Apples

This week in Apples, we explored a different type of person who helps us; a doctor. The children thoroughly enjoyed dressing up in the role-play area and caring for the teddies.

We also introduced our new Curiosity Box, which will link to our topic book each week. Its purpose is to spark the children’s curiosity and develop their communication skills.

The children had great fun painting with syringes and creating their own ambulances using 2D shapes.
