Last week, Year 4 went to Chedworth Roman Villa to see how the Romans used to live. They explored the villa remains, investigated different artefacts, and were amazed by the beautiful mosaics. The children enjoyed learning about Roman baths, underfloor heating, and the daily lives of wealthy Romans. They also took part in a hands-on workshop, where we handled real and replica artefacts. It was a fantastic day full of discovery, and everyone came away with a deeper understanding of Roman history.
