Worcester Cathedral Trip

Year 3 had a fantastic day out exploring the magnificent Worcester Cathedral! From the moment we arrived, the children were full of excitement and curiosity, ready to discover the history, architecture, and stories hidden within its ancient walls.

During our guided tour, the pupils were amazed by the Cathedral’s towering ceilings, beautiful stained‑glass windows, and the peaceful cloisters. They learned about how the Cathedral was built, the role it played in medieval life, and some of the fascinating people connected to its history. The children especially enjoyed hearing about King John and seeing the spot where he is buried.
