The children have been fascinated by the ongoing construction of The Meadow. This space will be used by the school to support teaching and learning for pupils who need additional support with learning in a quieter space. Our Meadow team (Mrs Van Der Mrewe, Mrs Boers, Mrs Smith and Mrs Major) have already been working with children in a more flexible way, but the additional space will make a huge difference. We are grateful to have received a grant through Section 106 funding to support this development. This funding is required from housing developers when new houses are constructed to improve the infrastructure within the area. 

During the assembly we shared the plans for this space and reflected on how we are all unique. We all have strengths, feelings and dreams that are not the same for all of our pupils belong in our school and we want the best for them.
