Welcome
St Andrew's is an inspiring place to be. To work alongside an incredible community with such amazing young people is an honour. They are a credit to our families and during their time with us, we seek to help them to develop hope for future and the joy of friendship and belonging in a school that values and respects everyone. Through the leadership opportunities available in our school, we get to see the wonderful people they become and the excellent leadership skills they have developed. In talking with these pupils, they often reflect on the sport, music, trips, residential visits and the wide variety of enrichment opportunities they experience during their time with us.
Our parents support us and in our most recent parent survey (March 2025) of over one hundred respondents, all would recommend our school as a place for their children to grow and learn.
I believe that children should leave primary school with an abundance of memories, filled with laughter, friendship and a rich knowledge of the world. We are set in a beautiful location, with far-reaching views and plenty of space for adventure. We have an excellent forest, and we make use of our outdoor environment across the whole school to ensure learning is fun, authentic and pupils develop a connection with our world and community.
Our skilled staff are committed to ensuring that children feel nurtured, valued and are challenged and supported to excel in all areas of the curriculum. Children flourish in our school through a broad range of opportunities, with a curriculum which focusses on developing the knowledge, skills and character to succeed.
