Breakfast and After School Club (Wrap Around Care)

At St Andrew’s we offer on-site wrap around care, which is open from 7.45am - 8.45am and then from 3pm until 5.30pm, Monday to Friday in term-time for children aged between 4-10 years.  Your child does not have to be a pupil at St Andrew’s School to attend our Clubs.

Breakfast Club

Our Breakfast Club operates from 7.45am – 8.45am.  We provide a safe and enjoyable start to the day, which includes a choice of breakfast such as fresh fruit, yoghurts, bagels, smoked salmon, beans or spaghetti on toast, scrambled eggs and healthy cereals. We also offer toast, crumpets, scotch pancakes and muffins. The Club also includes activities and games for the children.  Key Stage 1 children are escorted to their classrooms at 8.45am.

After School Club

Our After School Club is open from 3.00pm – 5.30pm.  All children are collected from their classrooms and taken to the on-site provision. They are offered a healthy snack such as fresh fruit, raw vegetables, cheese, ham and cucumber wraps, noodles and prawn crackers, fruit kebabs with yoghurt dip, bagels, crumpets, toasted teacakes and savoury snacks.  On occasions, we have treat night when the children enjoy flapjacks and hot chocolate.  Children have a choice of toys, games, computers, arts and crafts which they can access independently.  We also provide structured activities such as cooking and baking.

Rates

If you pre-book your child a place one month in advance, the hourly rate is £4.00 per hour, per child.  If you book a place on a casual basis, the rate is £4.80 per hour.
